Old Library Theatre Introduces Assigned Seating

Beginning with our production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, we are introducing assigned seating!

Each row's seats are numbered 1-20, where 1 is the first seat on the right.

Earlier this year, we switched to a new ticketing system (https://olt.ludus.com) that has worked well for reducing a patron's time waiting in line at the box office, and simplified our patron check-ins on the day of the show. Our ushers are using scanning technology on their mobile phones to check-in patrons as they enter the theatre.

To better serve our patrons, and to align with better management of the check-in and seating process, we have decided to implement assigned seating. This allows our patrons to select their preferred seat(s) at the time of ticket purchase. The benefits are three-fold: A. This allows our patrons who prefer to purchase their tickets online via the secure website, to secure their seats at the time of purchase, B. To assist the limited amount of volunteer ushers who need to keep track of people entering and leaving the theatre prior to show time, and C. Further minimizes waiting in line for patrons who prefer to purchase tickets in person.

We are also introducing a new email address to better facilitate mangement of the ticketing. The new email is olttix@gmail.com Please use this email for all your ticket sales or ticket management questions.
